A. About the entire ordering process
Question 1: In the absence of drawing information, is it still possible to proceed?
Question 2: Is it possible to create from reference images and hand-drawn sketches?
Question 3: If there isn't a specific vision for the space, is it still possible to proceed?
Question 4: Can you meet the production timeline if it's short?
After reviewing the project's content and scale, we will discuss it with you. For smaller projects, we can deliver within 2 days.
Question 5: Is it possible to produce according to the budget?
B. About the production process
Question 1: Is it possible to integrate CG into photos?
Yes, it can be done.
Question 2: Is it possible to produce a 360° panoramic CG?
Yes, it can be done.
Question 3: I have specific view angle requirements. How many options can you provide?
We will provide at least 3 view angles. If you wish, we can share the screen and determine the view angles in real time.
Question 4: Is the price for additional view angles the same as for the first view angle?
If it’s for the same space, a discount may be applied.
Question 5: Can the customer receive 3D files?
Typically, we cannot provide 3D files. However, we can deliver a 3D file in a neutral state at a different price (files with materials cannot be provided).
